Best UK and European SatNav

Afternoon All,

Whats the best/most reliable truck satnav out there? Mine has let me down a couple of times even though its running the latest maps.
What are we all using?

Thanks.

Tomtom Truck 6250 PRO…HTH

Cheap as chips Euro satnav off fleabay. Possibly up to £100 now.
Then get a new cheap as chips one in a couple of years time, and so on.
In a couple of years time, the hardware will have been tweaked to make it a bit quicker. The software, which is the same software as used in the Snooper satnav, dunno about Tomtom truck, will have been updated and you’ll still be £200 in pocket, in comparison to TomTom or Snooper.

I’ve had a tomtom 620 for about 3.5yrs now.
Completely faultless. Came with live traffic for life and the same with updates.
Swear by it. Would replace it with another if it broke.

I have a 9 inch one, (oooeeerrr missus) and put on the latest map myself. Works a treat, however I find it a little large for the windscreen, and the bracketry isn’t strong enough in my opinion, so what I do, is rest the edge on the dash. A 7 inch one would be better.

All the chinky ones run Igo software, (Same as the Stralis.) and it is widely available for an update.

I paid £30 for it in an almost new condition.

Ken.

Just found this. Don’t know if it is still for sale though.
