Checked on o licence portal, under licence conditions……
The authorised vehicle shall not exceed 7.5 tonne gross plated weight
Our company has run 2 26 tonne trucks for the last 20 years
Is this normal to see under conditions and undertaking or should it be 26 tonne max gross weight?
Never had issue with new 0 licences being issued or when dvsa have checked vehicle at road side
Any help would be appreciated

It’s a Nader conditions and undertakings, it’s ok though I’ve sorted it out with the commission, those were the conditions and undertakings placed onto the o licence in 1992 when the licence was first issued……
Since then 5 extra vehicles have been added to the licence with no conditions or undertakings imposed…
