MAN 15.220 Radiator removal

I would have taken the kitchen sink with me.. I can’t say about MAN but other makes prompt that there is every possibility that the AC pipes to the cab go over the top of the radiator, or it may go down rather than up, so recover gas and then recharge, umpteen blocks of wood & short bits of railway sleeper, large cable ties, rope, hose clips, WD40, bags of kitty litter, set of metric taps, drill & bits, bottle jacks & spreader plates, high lift 1 tonne trolley jack, blowlamp & fire extinguisher. That excludes the obvious like the rad, watering can and antifreeze etc. This sort of job carried out in public brings out the environment and H&S nimbys so a coil of rope and a sign reading Keep Out to isolate the working area. Today’s world.
