e-learning is already an option, has been for a couple of years now: max 2 hours e-learning per 7 hour course. But the TP has to offer it first, and have it approved in their application to deliver the course.
The E-learning element, as it stands now can be completed before or during the course. It doesn’t necessarily have to be done at the start
The DVSA proposal is to remove the 10/35 limit.
