I’ve never worked for EMR but I’m familiar with that part of our industry: wages will be mediocre at best, trailers will be hammered, gaffers will run you ragged most likely - always wanting to squeeze another load out. And you’ll go through tyres like some people go through socks, so make sure your defect checks are up to snuff or it’s points on your licence c/o Plod and DVSA
