Which straps do you prefer?

Internals?

Or Externals?

Just a few to keep that roof on I reckon.

He’s got a long way home… Norway to Turkey [emoji15]

Is it me, or does that curtain seem a bit lacking of curtain straps?

Yeah, it is a bit weird. 4/5 mounting points for the security wire in between curtain straps

Its some sort of weird cross between an old school tilt trailer and a new style euroliner . If your old enough you’ll remember .

It`s an Intermodal trailer. Under 4.0m high, low-ish floor, and 33euro plt.
The yellow plates are where the crane lift the (whole) trailer up. They sit in the wells of low-loader type rail wagons.
4 bays with the drop sides you can see, wooden or alloy slats above that between the posts. The few straps on the sheet are purely to stop it flapping about too much, nothing at all to do with securing load.
The sliding roof in the one in the pic is adrift from the framework, hence the straps thrown over it, to stop any more damage if wind gets under it.

In the old sheet and rope days, we had a guy who ran out of Rope, so he sheeted and chained a 40 ft trailer loaded with sacks of potato’s…

Straps??
