, yes they really do use an impact drill to go deep into your skeleton, it doesn’t hurt really but it’s utterly terifying and you can feel every single bang of the impact driver.
What is painful is paying, circa £2.5k each now assuming no complications such as gum cutting stitching etc, can’t blame anyone going Turkey/Romania and the like where if you have extensive work you are likely to save 75%.
