all it costs me is the time it takes to make a phonecall and let the office sort it out the next morning .
Any incident involving cut curtains should be reported to the police. I know nothing will happen but at least it is logged and becomes part of the crime statistics. If you don’t report it there is no pressure to do anything about it.
