Every road at least a lane closed, multiple spots. Many improvised traffic lights often with 300m notice downhill behind a bend, cone people standing casually around 1m. from live traffic, getting off vehicles on the side of traffic etc. Many many many cones out there. Did you know if you collected all the traffic cones in the Uk and stacked them up on a single pile it would stretch out of the Solar system past the Voyager II spaceraft’s current locaiton?
It’s obvious that ‘roadworks’ and accompanied ‘traffic control’ are being weaponised to disincentivise road use.
