parking canterbury

is it safe to park in kent as last time aboiut a year ago heard the parking ban had been lifted?
so has anyone paked in kent and not been clamped?
and if so anyone know anyware near canterbury way? be for tomorrow night

I believe clamping is still in operation personally I would stop at Cobham, Clackett Lane or Thurrock, Cobham is ok the other two are crap but cheaper than a clamping fine (just) :)

Clamping stopped in June ish avoid the wicheap estate they ticket on there

Don't forget some laybys have now been deepened/extended over the past year or so, so if you've not been on the trunk roads for a while, you might be pleasantly surprised...

Decided park up at a place I know near Chelmsford . As deiced not worth taking a chance in Kent
