Montgomery DistributionHas anyone had any experience working for this company?
They've offered me a Class 2 role based on a quick driving assessment and I'm keen to see if there's any first hand experiences. Seem decent from the outside looking in...
Re: Montgomery DistributionAs a new driver you take whatever is offered as long as they don't run bent. Use that to get 6 months experience behind you even if it's crap and then you'll find it much easier to find work as many places want at least 6 months recent experience.
Conor.
Agency whore.
Re: Montgomery DistributionCut my teeth with Montys when I got my class 2 back in 2006. I was only 24 at the time, and they were happy to take a punt on me with no experience and being under 25, which most asked for their insurance.
When I started it was just Irish work, and steady away. When I left they'd gone down the palletways route, so was just another general pallet network job.
