I got stuck last night for over an hour sat stationary between J38 and right near the exit for J39 in 1 lane coned off due to roadworks. After an hour at about 2330 they let us go but had to divert off at J39 and through Wakefield avoiding the low bridges to get back on at J41. Highways twitter said serious police incident, anyone have any idea what happened? S/B was closed 40-39 also.
