Yes the 'fridges are run overnight. Our trucks have 'fridge and microwave at the very minimum and the majority are Volvo. (One DAF and one Scania V8 atm)
I am looking for 2 drivers atm and one of the trucks is manual (Jan '22 Volvo) if someone would prefer that

At that rate, you will struggle to get a driver, definitely a good driver. After taking the night out money off, it looks like about £12 -13 per hour, and you want weekend work for that aswel.
Most companies now pay over £13 an hour, many pay more, because of Tesco (Magor) Asda (Chepstow) and the close proximity of Avonmouth. All the big players are in Newport, offering a variety of rotas, paying extra for weekend work.
