No-one does Bidfood/Brakes unless they’re a newbie needing the experience as it’s crappy work fighting with overloaded chilled and frozen cages with broken wheels from 2 different compartments, then expected to put all the stock away in the chiller and freezer at the hotel/airport as well. Even if they offered £50k they’d still struggle to hire and retain drivers.
