I’m thinking of moving north (from Northampton) for various reasons. I feel drawn to Hull. Culturally speaking I love pubs and Saturday nights on the town. I’ve no kids or wife - it’s just me. There looks to be a lot of industry there, so I assume there are jobs available (doesn’t necessarily have to be HGV driving).
Basically, what’s Hull like to live in?
It’ll be fun for you.

Have a look at “A and E after dark” on Channel 5, based in the casualty department of Hull Royal Infirmary; the results of Saturday (and other nights) on the town appear in a variety of states, NHS security staff sometimes out numbered by cops.
Has anybody here lived there, or had first hand experience? Care to share you thoughts?
