The attack has outraged members of the government, while Labour party leader Sir Keir Starmer distanced himself from Angela Rayner’s comments.

If a Tory had said that about Labour there would be outrage. Labour will hopefully never be in a position of power. Except here in Wales unfortunately.

Ironically v the blue tied LibDem v the yellow tied Communist.
All the same globalist sell outs to the UN collective agenda so in a way she’s sort of correct but obviously not in the way she intended.

Lenin and Marx didn’t come from council estates but I think David Davis did.

Can you imagine that fool in power …first class dim wit :smiling_imp:

What’s funny is the stuff she’s criticising the tories for are direct results of policies her party brought out when they were in power. Work capability tests denying disabled peope DLA/PIP? Brought in by Labour in the late 90s. NHS short of money? There is still £55Bn of PFI loan interest NHS trusts have to pay for PFI finance deals until 2050 for new hospitals Labour signed them up to in the 2000s, some trusts like the Sherwood Forest Hospital NHS Trust are spending a sixth of their annual budget servicing PFI loans. Oh and don’t forget Labour closed 26,000 beds in their last 5 years in power and also closed hundreds of coal pits in the north long before Maggie turned up.

A year of Keir Starmer and we still don’t have a clue what he stands for

Indeed, I agree entirely and that repulsive Labour woman should be allowed to express her views more often and further bury the Labour Party into the hole they will never get out of.

Yes I agree with you they have [zb] it right up in Wales, 40% of children living in poverty the worst health service in the country and now they want to put tolls on the M4 between J24 to J28.

Trouble is the tories kept all the worst Labour policies and jettisoned all the good ones

Now lets look at this in a little more detail, the government of Tony Blair created the greatest gap between rich and poor we have ever seen took us to a war that killed thousands on spurious intelligence, introduced tax credits that encouraged shorter working contracts and sold off more of the NHS through PFI than any government since its creation.

And as for the austerity policies of the Conservative party these were a direct result of the previous Labour government [zb] up the economy the current Labour Party are a joke I wouldn’t trust any one of them to run a bath socialism has never worked in any country on the planet ever, the current government is also far too left leaning endless benefit payments for the able bodied who refuse to work a general culture of rewarding failure which seems to be the norm.

More jobs than people and still we have 1.5 million people un employed.

It looks like she got what she wanted. Airtime, atention, publicity, more attention on her than on the party Leader, while there is a party conference going on. She would be perfect for Labour leader. No manners and doesnt take any responsibility for her own acts. Exactly what this country needs now!

I am surprised that Angela Rayner had time to call anyone ‘scum’. Normally each sentence of hers is dominated by her reminding everyone that she was a single teenage mother, has worked as a carer, is/was a trade unionist and is from the north. And also that she is from the north, and that she is from the north.

She is a walking, just-about-talking example of why Labour in its current form is a spent force.

I’m not that old, but I know what they did back then!

Labour are the biggest bunch of hypocrites.

What is Labour? It’s simply to work at a task. To toil at a task to earn, to exist and survive.

While Tony was in charge he let house prices rip "this was after he bought two flats in London for a couple of million each and the Mandleson man was climbing on the property ladder …when you get older you see how they are all just the same…sad but true
