There aren’t any. It’s all on FB now and the level of “discussion” there is about 10x more toxic than it is here. You won’t any “discussion” on FB as it’s all one-line smart remarks trying to look big and clever to impress their pals in the same clique.
There used to one called Truckersworld , now gone to other social media platforms.

It’s called the Professional Drivers Foundation nowadays and it’s still going although there seem to be only two or three active members.

Getting banned from Twitter for misgendering someone is quite woke in my eyes, as is banning many conservative voices over the years
A broadly “middle of the road” site might well appear leftist to someone from the right, and rightist to someone from the left.
A viewer might well only notice those opposed to the viewer`s own point of view. The others will just be background, but contrary views will be obvious.

Contrary to some of the criticism on here about FB I have found that the forums on which I take part[mostly old trucks or ME related]to be quite interesting and refreshing with more light hearted banter,lots of information,many new photos and less vitriol than other places.Maybe this is due,in part,to posters using their real names instead of a variety of aliases so we can see people we know\knew or worked with and can more easily sort out ‘‘the wheat from the chaff’’.

I know where going back a few years, when Mal was in charge then Terry.
Then i was off line for a while And then, when i was able to go back online, it was gone
