Smokers paid £10 bn in tax.Seems pretty clear to me that smokers cost more than they pay in tax.

ll be back on the NHS. Private insurance does have a place (unfortunately) but you wont get a life long policy, for the money you pay on tobacco.
i have looked at private insurance and the only real stipulation i have is i cant claim for a back injury in s4 - s5 for the next two years. the monthly cost of the policy is a lot less than the increase in tobacco price never mind what the tax on it before was.
