A couple of YT channels I follow regards Tesla cars has just gotten interesting! Tesla will not sell you parts for damaged or salvaged or flood damaged Tesla cars if the battery pack has been compromised & they will ban that car from their supercharger network, so this guy ‘Richrebuilds’ has started to put LS corvette petrol engines in them to ■■■■ off the Tesla bois & more recently put a big ol turbo diesel engine in one, The USA EPA has gotten wind of this & told him to stop & decease or face huge fines because the diesel engine will not have the regulated emission standards, Something to do with the car vin number being for an electric vehicle. youtube.com/watch?v=ecPrGYTVlzI
