But why didn’t your doctor complete the vision page of your D4 form? It’s simple enough and only takes a couple of minutes to do that page.
My advice would be if your doctor doesn’t do the vision page finds another doctor who does. No point in paying twice for both a doctor and an optician.
If you pay more than £50 for the D4 medical you should expect to get the vision page done as well.
I struggle to pass the eye sight part of a doctors medical , yet according to option I’m ok , this year even though I feel my eye sight is deteriorating the option says there’s no change
I can’t remember the cost but it’s not much for them to do the eye test & fill in part of eye test on form , mine might even be free as I know my eye test are now ( diabetic )
