Hiya Guesty44, Its a Knight of the Road badge, unfortunately not mine but me dads, who was nominated for it by
the Chief Constable no less, who was behind my dad in traffic, the C/C observed my dads driving of his vehicle and consideration for his fellow road users and pedestrians.
I think one other person on T/N has a similar badge that belonged to his dad.
