My dad used to rive for Darbisire and Horabin in Garstang in the late 70s early 80s he was one of their first artic drivers any body remember them.

Have now strated a gallery of Edmundson’s parent company Manx Independent Carriers which may also be of interest to you Chris.

Although technically not located in the Northwest of England the Isle of Man lies off the Northwest coast and is supplied by many Northwest companies via the ports of Fleetwood and Heysham.
