I carry a bit of stuff - bulbs, insulting tape. cable ties, a few spanners, screwdrivers, pliers,torx sockets, a socket set, wrecker bar, hammer, wheel brace, etc
If I have a small problem I may be able to sort it ( even if my mechanic is talking me through it on the phone 
)

Thats the problem with drivers these days, they are not willing to do anything other than sit behind the steering wheel!
I am an employed driver. I am not a grease monkey. I carry spare bulbs and change them if I need to. I also carry a set of jump leads and a small tool kit so that I can do minor roadside repairs, if needed. I also made up a tyre inflater which plugs into my red air line as a ‘get you home’ piece of kit.
I ain’t driving around Europe for 5 - 10 days and then greasing up the bosses wagon when I should be at home with my family. That is what a full R & M contract is for.
