ERF ECX/ECS opinions?

It depends on the type of work you are looking at though! I thought that the 14 litre was replaced by the 11 and 12 litre engine to meet Euro 2 and 3 Regs

You are indeed correct sir, insofar as the 14ltr was replaced by the 11ltr,for emission purposes.Bloody shame really!!! The 12ltr was,if my memory serves me well, made by Detroit, and there weren’t many ERF’s built with it.

You can tell if an ERF has one in,because the badge on the front will say EC127.

Ken.

There is a 15 ltr, but i dont know if its available over in the uk.
