Pierre is correct , often would arrive at solway foods ( Manton wood , Worksop ) at 6/7 in the morning and not pull out until 14.00/15.00 , bacon factory at Mallon he mentions was another , sparkes Bradford , Lauren’s , goats milk place , pork pies place etc etc , you would spend 5/6/7 hrs waiting for a collection .
Didn’t have bags under my eyes in those days as most of the shift was spent in bunk
