Probably targeting the most likely offenders…so not a true representation.
I must have passed the attitude test after being stopped by the CVU as I could have been fined as the offence was immediately rectified and no fine .

That ^^^ there’s a very good reason that they target “certain” vehicles
As they stopped vehicles from 17 different countries I’d be interested in seeing the numbers broken down by nationality.
