Wide load stuck in roadworks

Ha! I was briefly caught up in this yesterday, and witnessed some of it.

14 offences and had to be escorted to do a U turn. Not sure why armed police were needed though, it's not THAT wild in Norfolk.

It seems like Norfolk folk need to be told four times that the front number plate of the escort vehicle had been covered by a sign saying 'wide load'. :P
