Help in settling a difference of opinion please.
Are they simply filed away by the company or are they submitted to the company insurance company?
If the insurance company, are they taken into consideration when renewing a car licence?
Filled one out last month after taking a spotty yoofs wing mirror off when he tried to follow me through a gap.
It was forwarded to the insurance company as it was my version of events.
Doubt it matters to the cost of insurance in the real world to be honest…
One must assume you are wondering about insurance companies cross referencing and finding your name has an accident against it when it comes to your own personal car insurance renewal?
That isn’t really the problem, it’s if you have an accident in your car and your insurer finds you didn’t disclose the accident you had whilst driving the lorry at work.
