If he had battreys in there then would he not know, even LQ you need stickers,so if there was stickers y did he not ask what was in it,if there was no stickers y, i dont think im wrong about the LQ, and if it was not LQ then it must of been ADR

If batteries are properly secured, then they are not ADR, not even LQ.
If they are loose, like collected for scrap in a bulker then they become ADR.

Nothing to do with the accident by the way, high point of Gravity more so.
Very unlucky guy, especially if you don’t expect it.
