Anyone notice the 5 police cars waiting in the frankley service today ,there was one police bloke on the bridge looking south and an other police car had a customer on the hard shoulder just after .
Possibly RECOVERY service 
This afternoon they around 3-4pm there was a copper on the bridge at Hopwood services M42 e/b holding something at traffic as it came down the hill. After the bridge was a cop car on the slip road hard shoulder and further on 3 cop cars in the hard shoulder each with their own ‘customer’.
Christmas is nearly here…
Sounds more like a Ham-bush if the Police were involved…
