Hi is this a legal shift pattern.

Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Rest
Monday - Work
Tuesday - Work
Wednesday- Rest
Thursday - Work
Friday - Holiday (8hrs WTD)
Saturday - Holiday (8hrs WTD)
Sunday - Holiday (8hrs WTD)
Monday - Work
Tuesday - Work
Wednesday - Work
Thursday - Work
Friday - Work
Saturday - Work
Sunday - Rest

Do the 3 days holiday count as a rest period even though 8hrs for each day goes towards my average 48hr week?

You haven’t been working on your days off?

Do you mean working whilst on holiday?

If so no I haven’t

All fine and legal as the tacho has no knowledge of what’s holiday, sickness or weekly rest. It’s just a machine. Time away from the tacho is rest whatever the reason for it

WTD hours and EU regs hours are two separate things

If you had 90 hours off from thu finish to mon start then the week before and the week after both are regular weekly rests
