Took the threat of a driver shortage and wages going up to pull their heads out of the sand though.
No it didn’t. They’ve merely looked at it and seen the same problems we have. The DCPC isn’t going anywhere but expect it to be tightened up with you unable to sit the same course 5 times and also have to take a test at the end of the day’s training. That’ll get rid of a bit more of the dross and up the wages again.
