Training Diary

Nice read and good luck with it, John

Slowing down at roundabouts was something I had to work on too. Although it felt unatural and as if I was holding everyone up it really does help with planning and observation. You can’t do mirrors, indicators, gears and steering all at the same time like you can in a car or van. I also kept trying to change gear on the roundabout or at a tight junction which is hard to do without crossing your hands on the wheel. Just take it slowly. Better to risk a minor for hesitation than get a fail for going too fast or pulling out infront of someone
