yes they do but they’re not very good by the time your foods hot you’ve given up n gone to the chippy. far better to splash out on a microwave just connect it to the anderson lead when needed
I’ve got the very same oven. Got a heavy duty hella plug (20 amp moonraker) So far no problems running off the hella in the scanny.
A mate had no end of aggro in his MAN though (blown fuses/melted plugs etc)
See if you can get you friendly fitter ti wire a standard 3 pin plug to the 24v supply and run it off that.

£35 is cheaper than £200 for a microwave 
just to let you know i got one now and it is great just had two tescos shepards pies ready meals the cost £1.70 for both they took 20 mins to heat up (each) they were bubbling hot put some tinned peas with them total cost for my dinner tonight £1.95 well happy
