So was the old Distillers company sold off as I notice the logo on the Leyland artic is Distillers MG.I remember them running 24/7 into Staveley Chemicals in the 70s with AEC Mercurys and single axle tanks from Coleshill I think.
Pity owd L.S.Lowry didn’t paint some lorries when he were in Ancoats,I’ll bet he’d have seen one of Wilsons ERFs
