one tip though if he has a paddy don’t give in to him or he will run you ragged
he won’t come to any harm whilst having a padddy but be prepared for him to be distressed just ignore him it is hard to do but it will make your life easier in the long run. 
if you ignore him he will soon stop and then you can negociate with him 
I soon learnt how to do this after my eldest who’s now 13 had a major strop in the middle of town fortunatly (sp) the other 2 (10 &5 ) didn’t really have the dreaded paddy’'s.
