Further to Steve’s post we would just like to add that TruckNet UK has taken advice and it has been made clear to us that we could be deemed to be partly liable should anything untoward happen as a result of a meeting arranged through one of our public forums.
While we appreciate that the idea of a Personals Forum was suggested in good faith TruckNet UK can not allow this to happen and any posts of this nature in the future will be immediately deleted without warning.
Members are of course free to conduct their private lives in any way they see fit, through the email or private message systems, however the public forums will remain off limits for this sort of thing.
We hope members will understand the reasons behind this and continue to use and enjoy TruckNet UK for all things transport related.
