Hi gb1, I’d guess that the colour of hi-viz might be a matter for each country to decide, but I’ve got no info on that one way or the other.
There is a requirement for a Europe Standard EN471 hi-viz to be carried on an ADR regulated journey, but there is no colour specified in ADR either.
