What is this new idea that a Hi Viz vest should be visible?, if you get my drift!It seems that the vest must be on display to all and sundry
As I understand it, your vest doesn’t have to be on display. But if it isn’t, you are likely to be stopped, so they can check you’ve got one (for each person in the vehicle). Once you’ve been stopped, they will of course check everything else
