If your company looks upon this as a crime worse than ■■■■ genocide in their pretentious ■■■■ …‘‘Debreif sessions’’ 
…, that is their problem not yours, you’ve done your bit, you’ve verbally explained and you’ve backed that up with a printout…end of, job done.
Oh I forgot to mention,.change jobs to a realistic type company whose heads aren’t up their own arses, if you take all their petty crap seriously, it just encourages them and makes them worse.
Then you tell us you’ve gained a couple of paltry minutes as if you’ve won some sort of victory,.and went out on a limb to achieve it.
Maybe it’s just me, I don’t know.
