I’ve done the same. But at Tesco. They didnt care, other than the minor infringment.
Depends what you boss is like. With me I just done a print out wrote on the back that I forget to set it to break. And when the inquisitor squad at Tesco pulled me on it I just told them I forget to set tacho to break and they was “ye, I dont care fill in the form saying you wont do it again”
