40 years too late for me but the OP might be interested to learn it.Some say it’s different for every firm so the one needed to get onto AJ Bull was probably different to the one needed for Drinkwater Sabey.But yes I’m prepared to believe that the ‘experience’ word in all the ads is a type of insider code that bus drivers have somehow cracked.
