I know this may sound macabre or even condescending, however I would like to publicly thank Andy Williams from R A Williams Transport at Huntingdon for getting over 40 of his trucks to run a convoy on Sunday last in support to the family of Shades (aka ) who sadly died In a driving accident in May.
Before you ask, I do not know Andy or anyone at Williams Transport, nor have I ever worked with or for them.
What I will say is that it gives me a sense of pride that there are still some Knights of the Road even in this fast moving and challenging time.
Well done to all the drivers and team at Williams!!!
