Re Leyland Cruiser, we bought one second hand, X reg, from one of the fuel companies and had it stretched to take a flat body and hiab. It was for a contract job we had with Briggs Amasco ( Tarmac ) supplying their roofing jobs with materials from their NE depot. Also had to tow cooking asphalt mixers to site so the TL11 engine provided a bit more grunt.
