The 22-year-old drove the truck from Zuzwil towards Zuckenriet. In front of the “Neuberg” hill, the truck got to the right and collided with three concrete posts, a tree, and was then hurled into the air. At a height of more than two meters, the vehicle collided with a barn, turned and came to a standstill in front of the barn door. In addition to the team of an ambulance, the Niederhelfenschwil fire department was on duty. The truck suffered a total loss of around CHF 30,000.
