Evening all!
2017 Actros with auxiliary Air con - anybody have any ideas?
It will start up after a journey and work for 5 minutes or so - then turns off and nothing!
Checked the fuses in passenger footwell and all ok.
Only been in it couple of weeks and needed it today!

Sounds like this could be the problem.

The battery terminals I will check tomorrow.
The AC on the standard controls works well so unless its separate system I would guess the gas is ok.

Could be like the night heater on my FH4 Volvo…switches itself off once engine is running…are you trying to use it when parked up?

Yes when parked up.
Great for 5 minutes then nothing - until you go on a run then good for another 5 minutes. Cries out batteries to me!
