to me they were in trouble when they started broadcasting the safety announcements at the start and end of every flight by using some mealy mouthed southern english voiced ■■■■■ with a speech impediment of a lithsp.
if they couldnt get that right then it dont say a lot for the company as a whole.
you might think that to be the voice of flybe that represents the company you could use someone that speaks normally.
obviously wont be able to hear her again,but christ she was irritating.
