That looks very tidy, they bring very strong money these old mercs, its rare to see one in the uk as most got exported to warmer countries.Imagine you will have loads of people after it and you would get 15k + , stick it on ebay and get a bidding war!
That roll cage would have cost a few bob! What was being tested and where?
Anti lock brakes etc, they also had a F12, the bunk area was full of recording equipment. They used the F12 with a tank trailer equipped with stabilisers round M.I.R.A at Nuneaton.
Never saw the Merc there though.
