Brilliant thanks for posting that. I started off with a P112 in 87 after leaving the army, then a bit later an R112, proper workhorses. My favorite is the 3 series, a refined version of the 2 and just about as perfect as you can get. Like many I think the 4 series was poor but now I’ve got a Next gen R450 I’m willing to forgive them, truly cracking motor, a long time coming but worth the wait.

At 15:40 the test vehicle sports an LB76 steering wheel, for some reason. The test appears to be for power steering failure. Maybe the old steering wheels were stronger, the newer ones deliberately weaker, for some accident protection purpose?

Elsewhere, it looks like much of the press tooling was done by hand, directly from wooden models, rather than machined to drawings. Unbelievable. Maybe I need to watch it again. :laughing:
