If the work is “Challenging” then you cannot switch off, and the time drags. If you can do a job on autopilot - then despite the job not being challenging - time will absolutely fly by, which is the real definition of “Cushty” when set up with a decent hourly rate and as many hours as you can eat.
Sad when it comes into it that as many hours as you can get
